About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You support our Key Account Managers with operational and administrative tasks and independently handle the creation of quotes and product entries, quantity planning, and approval requests for new products.
You plan promotions and carry them out.
You optimize our product setup processes and are responsible for loading promotions, reporting, and testing.
You are responsible both for independent account management and tracking, as well as for monitoring and finalizing projects.
You act as a point of contact and interface for internal departments and external stakeholders and support IT and retailers with technical alignments.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Education & experience: You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (e.g., wholesale and foreign trade) or hold a degree in business administration and have already gained initial customer and project experience in a technical environment; career changers (m/f/d) are also welcome to apply!
Personality: You combine customer focus with a results-oriented way of working, characterized by a high degree of independence, commitment and initiative.
Software skills: You are confident using MS Office applications and ideally have initial experience with CRM and ERP/merchandise-management systems.
Language skills: You can communicate comfortably in both German and English in our intercultural environment in any situation.
