About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for providing first-level (N1) support to internal users, ensuring the availability of work tools and assisting with maintenance of network and server infrastructure.
  • Support the infrastructure and DevOps teams with routine tasks and new projects.
  • User Support (N1): On-site and remote support to resolve everyday issues (Windows, Office, internal systems).
  • Hardware and Laptops: Preventive and corrective maintenance, setup of new machines, component upgrades, and operating system installation.
  • Asset Management: Strict control of hardware inventory and software licenses.
  • Networks and VPN: Assist with configuring remote access (VPN) and support the local network infrastructure.
  • Infrastructure Support: Assist the team with Windows Server tasks and support VPN configuration with partners.
  • Security: Assist the team in reviewing and remediating vulnerabilities, applying patches, and maintaining security tools.
  • Innovation and Automation: Participate in process automation projects using PowerShell and Power Automate to streamline repetitive tasks.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Basic Technical Knowledge:
  • - Proficiency with the Windows operating system (installation and troubleshooting).
  • - Basic hardware knowledge (assembly/disassembly of laptops/desktops).
  • - Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, subnet masks, cabling).
  • - Familiarity with servers and remote access.
  • Behavioral Profile (What we are looking for):
  • - Dedication and Commitment (Essential): Full focus on delivery and on definitively resolving issues.
  • - Willingness to Learn: Technical curiosity to absorb knowledge and take advantage of growth opportunities.
  • - Communication: Ability and patience to explain technical solutions simply to users.
  • Nice to Have:
  • - Prior exposure to or curiosity about scripting with PowerShell.
  • - Enthusiasm for low-code technologies (Power Automate).
  • - Basic knowledge of Linux or virtualization.
