About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drafting and reviewing German- and English-language sales agreements for various departments
- Independently negotiating contracts with customers on both the brand and retail sides
- Providing legal advice to executive management and departments on commercial law matters
- Developing and implementing pragmatic, legally compliant solutions
- Working closely with departments and the Managing Director, Legal, Risk & Compliance
- Supporting the Managing Director responsible for Legal in day-to-day operations
- Acting as a legal expert on various departmental projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fully qualified lawyer
- 2–5 years of professional experience at a law firm or in a legal department within an international environment
- Extensive knowledge of contract law, including contract drafting and negotiation
- Initial experience in international commercial law is preferred
- Willingness to familiarize yourself with new areas of law
- Clear, structured, precise, and reliable working style
- Efficient, pragmatic, and business-oriented application of legal expertise
- Strong communication skills for conducting effective contract negotiations with business partners
- Fluency in German and English, with the ability to use both languages confidently in all situations
- Work location: Martinsried near Munich
