💰 $70,000 - $80,000 per year

About the role

  • Own end-to-end planning and execution of ~10+ national and regional trade shows annually.
  • Plan and execute a variety of events, including customer events, webinars, internal meetings, sales kickoffs, and executive events.
  • Own and execute ePac’s PR strategy to increase brand awareness and industry visibility.
  • Identify relevant industry associations and develop a strategic calendar of opportunities.
  • Lead the creation and submission of award entries, including writing compelling narratives and coordinating supporting materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in events, PR, or integrated marketing roles (B2B or CPG experience preferred)
  • Proven track record managing trade shows and large-scale events
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills (press releases, award submissions, media pitches)
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales and marketing leadership teams
  • Willingness to travel (approximately 20–30%)
