About the role

  • Own organic media performance end-to-end
  • Be the internal leader agencies plug into (short term)
  • Build systems so output, quality, and consistency scale over time

Requirements

  • Proven experience scaling organic content volume on at least one major platform (YouTube, Instagram, or LinkedIn)
  • Deep understanding of platform-specific optimization
  • Hooks, pacing, formats, thumbnails, captions, CTAs, posting cadence
  • Experience managing creators, videographers, editors etc. Not just freelancers but full time team members who reported directly to you.
  • Comfortable owning outcomes, not just “ideas”. Owning a project or system end to end and ensuring its completion to a high-standard.
  • Ability to coordinate across:
  • YouTube
  • Instagram organic
  • Email
  • Videography
  • You must have the ability to:
  • Exhibit strong content judgment and intuition, you can spot what will perform and what won’t
  • Work synergistically with our internal team as well as external agencies.
  • Operate in a self-directed, organized, and execution-focused manner
