About the role
- Own organic media performance end-to-end
- Be the internal leader agencies plug into (short term)
- Build systems so output, quality, and consistency scale over time
Requirements
- Proven experience scaling organic content volume on at least one major platform (YouTube, Instagram, or LinkedIn)
- Deep understanding of platform-specific optimization
- Hooks, pacing, formats, thumbnails, captions, CTAs, posting cadence
- Experience managing creators, videographers, editors etc. Not just freelancers but full time team members who reported directly to you.
- Comfortable owning outcomes, not just “ideas”. Owning a project or system end to end and ensuring its completion to a high-standard.
- Ability to coordinate across:
- YouTube
- Instagram organic
- Videography
- You must have the ability to:
- Exhibit strong content judgment and intuition, you can spot what will perform and what won’t
- Work synergistically with our internal team as well as external agencies.
- Operate in a self-directed, organized, and execution-focused manner
