About the role
- Work low-volume, high-quality hot leads and help build a buyers list for premium upsells
- Qualify leads properly, building rapport, and positioning higher-ticket offers
- Be a key part of the revenue engine, working closely with closers and leadership to maximize deal flow and conversions
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, SDR, or appointment setting (high-ticket or consultative sales preferred)
- Confident dialling and speaking prospects
- Comfortable handling objections and positioning upsells
- Highly organized and able to manage a buyers list/CRM accurately
- Coachable, competitive, and growth-oriented
- A strong and clear communicator with a professional phone presence
- Remote setup with reliable internet and quiet workspace
