Digital Product Designer
EP+CoDigital Product Designer shaping user experiences and digital campaigns for clients at EP+Co. Collaborating closely with the creative team to deliver user-centered designs and enhance digital products.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the end-to-end design process for digital products, including websites, mobile apps, and other digital experiences
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and accessibility standards
- Design visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for digital products
- Create interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas and test usability
- Design engaging and intuitive interactions, animations, and micro-interactions
- Own the creation and maintenance of design systems and style guides
- Collaborate with strategists, account managers, and stakeholders to understand client objectives
- Partner with developers, copywriters, digital producers, and creatives to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Continuously research and stay informed about the latest UX and UI design trends
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience working in a fast paced environment
- Expertise with Figma, familiarity with project flow tools like JIRA & Confluence
- Organized with meticulous attention to detail
- Clear & concise communication
- Self-starter, bias toward action
- Creative thinker & problem solver
- Desire for growth (individual, team, and agency)
- Not intimidated by the unknown, ability to jump into the deep end
