Account Manager

• Serve as the account and business lead across integrated scopes and deliverables including but not limited to social, digital and PoP.
• Build trusted client partnerships through proactive communication and thoughtful problem-solving.
• Understand client requests thoroughly before bringing to your internal teams.
• Anticipate potential client needs before they do thanks to a deep knowledge of their business.
• Manage the day-to-day workflow of organic social – from post scheduling to creative and strategy development to client approval.
• Translate business and creative goals into clear, actionable plans for internal and external teams.
• Oversee production workflows—from brief and pre-production through final asset delivery.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency, consistency, and innovation across channels.
• Collaborate closely with creative and strategy internal leadership to create the best possible work.
