About the role

  • Actively helping shape the future of Compliance
  • Close collaboration with experienced colleagues and teams
  • Supporting the development of group-wide objectives, strategies and measures for risk management
  • Contributing to the further development of our Compliance Management System (CMS)
  • Supporting the implementation of measures across international entities
  • Assisting with company-wide policy management and organizational tasks
  • Participating in regulatory matters such as data protection and anti-money laundering
  • Creating trainings, awareness campaigns and communication formats
  • Supporting the whistleblowing system and handling compliance incidents
  • Advising business units and management on projects and strategic issues

Requirements

  • Degree — e.g., in Law, Economics, Communications, or comparable qualification
  • Some practical experience in Compliance or Governance is an advantage
  • Interest in topics such as Compliance, Corporate Governance, Risk Management and internal control systems
  • Structured working style, self-initiative and willingness to take responsibility
  • Digital affinity and use of common tools such as the M365 suite
  • Interest in modern technologies like GPT and their targeted application
  • Clear, goal-oriented communication — also in an international environment
  • Willingness to travel: approximately every two months to visit European subsidiaries
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
