About the role
- Handle complex written correspondence from debtor advisory services, lawyers, and courts to clarify legal matters
- Respond to telephone inquiries regarding collection cases
- Review client files for collectability and make decisions on receivables cases
- Verify claim amounts and prepare documentation for attorneys
- Make independent decisions regarding the collection process and initiate measures such as legal proceedings and enforcement actions
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., apprenticeship) or relevant experience in dunning/collections
- Strong communication skills and precision in spoken and written language
- Ability to remain calm and maintain oversight even under high workload
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (especially Teams, Outlook, Excel)
- Willingness to learn and quickly get up to speed on new topics
