About the role
- You lead, motivate and develop your team in the billing/third‑party funds accounting area
- You manage billing using key performance indicators, optimize processes and drive digitization
- You act as the contact person for customers on billing matters and develop customer‑specific solutions
Requirements
- You have a commercial vocational qualification, e.g. bank clerk, office clerk, industrial clerk, or a comparable qualification—ideally with an additional finance-related certification
- You have initial leadership experience as well as experience in process optimization and digitization
- You have a strong affinity for numbers and solid analytical skills
- You are a strong communicator and lead your team with empathy
- You are open to change and new challenges
