About the role
- Share responsibility for the financial performance of regional entities
- Support companies in reporting, budgeting, and preparation of annual financial statements (Local GAAP & IFRS)
- Contribute to acquisition and deal-related projects (M&A)
- Support budget planning, governance processes, and audits
- Build and maintain relationships to drive financial improvement
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Strong background in Finance, Controlling, or Transaction Services
- Experience in financial reporting, performance analysis, or M&A-related topics
- Confident user of Excel and BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Excellent command of English and good German skills (B2+)
- Analytical, communicative, and motivated mindset
