About the role
- Part of the newly established Regulatory Management division
- Implementation of the existing risk strategy and policy
- Collaboration with various departments
- Monitoring the regulatory environment
- Advising the organization on change-related matters
- Documenting compliance with relevant requirements
- Identifying and assessing risks
- Providing advice and training on risk management and regulatory topics
- Promoting a culture of risk awareness, compliance, and ethical behavior within the company
Requirements
- University degree (including from a University of Applied Sciences), preferably in Economics/Business Administration or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in risk and compliance within the (financial) services sector
- In-depth knowledge of ICS (Internal Control System) and MaRisk, including ZAG and KWG
- Experience implementing the Kreditzweit-Marktgesetz is a plus
- Fluent German and good English skills
