About the role
- Collecting outstanding international receivables
- Handling outbound and inbound calls
- Independently negotiating payment arrangements with our customers
- Finding and implementing solutions for delinquent customers
- Recording and processing complex case issues
Requirements
- Completed commercial or legal vocational training, e.g., office clerk, industrial clerk, legal assistant, office communications clerk, or a comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in debt collection
- Basic knowledge of German debtor and commercial law (BGB, HGB)
- Good written and spoken German and English
