About the role
- Functional responsibility for central systems within the Collection Finance team
- Ensure new requirements are transitioned into stable production operations
- Analyze and model end-to-end processes and data flows
- Identify optimization opportunities and derive viable, sustainable solutions
- Manage business requirements from structured elicitation through prioritization
- Develop test concepts and plan business-level testing
- Translate business and legal requirements into decision rules
- Collaborate closely with IT, Operations and other stakeholders
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification
- Relevant professional experience in requirements and/or project management
- Familiarity with modern business analysis and requirements engineering methods
- Process and data modeling
- Experience working with epics and user stories
- Structured, traceable documentation
- Analytical and conceptual working style
- Ability to take responsibility and make well-founded decisions
- Excellent German skills, spoken and written
- Good English skills
