About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the full cycle of design, scheduling and deployment of collaborative VC Equipment
Coordinate collaboration among cross functional partners and 3rd party vendors
Lead projects through design, procurement, deployment and commissioning
Provide project stakeholders with routine status updates
Engage with third party vendors for hardware procurement
Regularly perform site visits throughout the lifecycle of the projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ Years Project Coordination Experience in a technical field (AV/VC, Networking, Infrastructure, IT Construction, etc.)
Experience with construction drawings and schematics
Experience with leading teams through design, scheduling, deployment
Effective communication and interaction with employees, clients and colleagues
Troubleshoot and solve project related issues
Understand and maintain project budgets
Effectively manage multiple projects across multiple cities and regions
AutoCAD proficiency level: Beginner to intermediate
Bluebeam Revu Sessions proficiency level: Intermediate
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
