About the role
- Delivering on-site training, workflow optimization, and clinical support to healthcare professionals across France & EMEA region.
- Supporting the expansion of the installed base by assisting the sales team with clinical demonstrations, evaluations, and customer engagement.
- Gathering and structuring clinical feedback from users (radiologists, orthopedists, technologists) to identify needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborating with Marketing Product Managers by translating field insights into usable input for future product iterations and innovations.
- Representing EOS at national congresses, conducting live demonstrations, and supporting marketing initiatives.
- Organizing and delivering training programs for internal teams, distributors, and partners to ensure consistent clinical excellence.
- Traveling frequently within France and across the EMEA region.
Requirements
- Degree or certification as a Radiology Technologist or Biomedical Engineer.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- **Skills & Competencies:**
- Strong knowledge in osteo-articular X-ray imaging and clinical workflows.
- Strong understanding of IT connectivity in medical imaging environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for training and customer engagement.
- Proven ability to gather, synthesize, and communicate clinical feedback to cross-functional teams.
