About the role
- Lead and grow Eolus’ operations in Poland
- Oversee the full project development lifecycle in Poland including market screening, origination and development till projects are ready to build
- Drive the Eolus Poland P&L, managing the project portfolio
- Collaborate with central functions such as technology, engineering, M&A, power markets, and finance to optimize project value
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in the energy sector
- Comprehensive understanding of the renewable energy development processes in Poland
- Strong commercial and technical understanding, experience from power markets and M&A a clear plus
- Proven experience from commercially successful projects in Poland
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- High proficiency in English
- MSc degree in engineering, economics, or a related field
