About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and drive the global product strategy and end-to-end lifecycle management for assigned product categories
Own the global category strategy and 3–5 year product roadmap aligned with business objectives
Drive product revenue and margin through strategic positioning, pricing, and portfolio optimization
Lead cross-functional teams across R&D, Regulatory, Marketing, Operations, and Finance
Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and innovation areas to expand the portfolio
Lead global go-to-market strategy and commercialization planning for new product launches
Develop product positioning, value propositions, and product claims with Marketing
Manage the full product lifecycle from development and launch through sustainment and obsolescence
Translate global market dynamics and competitive insights into strategic direction
Own pricing strategy and portfolio investment decisions with ROI accountability
Advise leadership on category strategy as product expert
Champion continuous improvement under the Envista Business System

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
8+ years of progressive global product management experience
Proven success owning end-to-end product lifecycle and strategy development
Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional decisions
Strong financial acumen and ability to build business cases
Detail-oriented and able to solve practical problems with limited standardization
Ability to think critically in tactical and strategic dimensions simultaneously
Ability to engage, influence, and direct all functions involved in projects
Solid organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong data analytics skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Proficiency with project management tools for schedules, resource allocation, and program budgets
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Exceptional presentation skills
