About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services
  • Establish professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities
  • Develop targeted strategies to capture high-potential market segments
  • Lead strategies to increase market share, acquire new customers, and expand into new markets
  • Work with Sales and Marketing to refine go-to-market and demand-generation plans
  • Monitor P&L performance and adjust strategies to optimize profitability and growth
  • Analyse key metrics and adjust business approaches as necessary
  • Identify and mitigate potential business risks through proactive planning and solutions
  • Build and lead a high-performance team aligned with Envista’s culture of innovation
  • Partner with senior leadership and other departments to align on business objectives and ensure smooth execution of strategies
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business success

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Min. 10 years of MNC experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in Imaging / CT / Medical Devices / Dental Industry
  • Knowledge of the imaging market in dental and experience in aftermarket sales also a plus
  • BDS/ B. Pharm/B.Eng./ B.Sc. (Post-Graduation in Management preferred)
