About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the development, execution, and continuous improvement of preventive and predictive maintenance programs for production and facility equipment
Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, PLC, and control system issues with minimal supervision
Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis on recurring equipment failures; implement long-term corrective actions
Oversee installation, commissioning, and validation of new or upgraded equipment
Analyze equipment performance data and recommend process improvements, upgrades, or redesigns to enhance efficiency, reliability, and safety
Conducts technical inspections of machines
Independently prioritize, plan, and execute complex maintenance activities and work orders
Ensure all maintenance activities are accurately documented and compliant with internal standards and regulatory requirements
Maintain and optimize spare parts inventory strategy to ensure equipment readiness
Ensure strict adherence to GMP, safety policies, and regulatory standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED required; technical certification or trade school preferred
5+ years of advanced experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment
Demonstrated expertise in electrical, mechanical, and control systems troubleshooting
3+ years of experience with PLCs, CNC systems, or automated equipment required
Strong working knowledge of: PLC programming/troubleshooting, Electrical systems and controls, Hydraulics and pneumatics
Experience with Fanuc controls preferred
Familiarity with CMMS systems and preventive maintenance programs
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
