About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

responsible for the definition, planning, coordination, and execution of electromechanical product development
ensures project budget, project schedule, and product cost targets are accurately forecasted
maintains regular communication with the project team, design partners, and management
evaluates and defines electromechanical parts and systems
serves as electrical engineering lead, performing analysis, design, documentation, and prototyping
assures product quality by designing testing methods; testing prototypes; confirming manufacturing and assembly processes
plans/manages multiple projects simultaneously
maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g. Altium)
project estimation and scheduling skills
ability to work independently and allocate time among several tasks
strong communication and writing skills
Minimum 5 years experience in engineering, product development, and project management
