About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement core strategies to drive sales performance
- Secure and maintain dental agreements, influence product selection, and increase market penetration
- Grow annual sales revenue and achieve assigned forecast
- Identify new DSO accounts and opportunities within existing accounts
- Responsible for negotiating new agreements and managing existing contracts
- Coordinate contract implementation and communicate contract objectives well
- Collaborate with Directors, Regional Managers, and Territory Sales Representatives
- Foster relationships with key executive and decision makers
- Identify influential thought leaders within customer accounts
- Drive territory management efficiency through sales processes
- Lead comprehensive customer business reviews
- Act as Primary Point of Contact for assigned accounts
- Manage sales initiatives and communications with executive stakeholders
- Attend tradeshows and sales events
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred
- 5+ years of successful dental and/or medical device sales experience preferred
- Previous experience in strategic account management is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- A valid driver’s license issued in one of the 50 United States is required.
