About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the development and execution of North America downstream marketing strategy across key product portfolios
- Own and drive North America downstream marketing strategy for assigned product lines
- Develop and lead integrated go-to-market plans that drive demand generation, pipeline growth, and revenue impact
- Identify market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer insights to inform strategy
- Lead the full marketing lifecycle, including planning, execution, and performance optimization
- Drive multi-channel marketing programs across digital, events, dealer networks, and field marketing
- Establish clear KPIs and track campaign performance, ROI, and business impact
- Support product lifecycle management, including product launches, commercialization strategies, and portfolio positioning
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketing professionals
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6-8+ years of progressive marketing experience in Dental, MedDevice, B2B, MedTech, or other complex commercial and regulated environments
- Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end marketing strategy and execution
- Proven success in demand generation, go-to-market strategy, and product commercialization
- Experience partnering with Sales organizations
- Prior people leadership experience
- Strong background in market segmentation, positioning, and customer insights
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing programs (digital, events, channel/dealer marketing)
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Dynamics, HubSpot, Showpad)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
