About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive initiatives focused on operational excellence and growth within DEXIS commercial organization
- Lead strategic customer experience projects and launch new offerings
- Collaborate with commercial team to review performance and quality metrics
- Manage projects to deliver continuous improvement
- Track customer issues to resolution and ensure quality and satisfaction
- Collect internal and external VOC to identify improvement areas
- Monitor KPIs of customer care and service performance
- Implement policies and procedures for world-class service
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4-year college degree
- 5+ years of previous leadership experience
- 5+ years of experience in Sales and/or Service with customer-focused performance metrics
- Intermediate Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Experience with revenue generation and performance metrics
- Ability to learn and apply new skills quickly
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment, and to work under pressure
