About the role
- Own the coordination and execution of continuing education programs
- Interface with doctors and internal teams for successful program execution
- Provide on-site support for education programs in Las Vegas, Ft. Lauderdale, and Chicago
- Gather and ship materials for courses and process Inventory Material Request when necessary
- Maintain supplies and inventory for hands-on lectures
- Attend education courses to support doctors during hands-on sessions
- Distribute sales leads and maintain CE records for attendees
Requirements
- Associates degree or 3+ years of relevant work experience in lieu of education
- 2+ years' experience in clinical education, event coordination, marketing, sales, or similar commercial experience
- Experience in dental field (e.g. Dental Assistant/Registered Dental Hygienist) is preferred
- Must reside within a commutable distance to Las Vegas, NV or Fort Lauderdale, FL
- Ability to travel up to 40% for onsite support in education and training events
