About the role
- Proactively make outbound calls to uncover and close sales opportunities
- Aggressively follow up on marketing generated leads
- Maintain necessary database entries, spreadsheets, charts, files of communications and orders
- Providing customer service to internal and external customers
- Generating and qualify leads through referrals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
- 3 + years over the phone/Inside Sales experience
- 3 + years experience of self-generating leads
- Experience selling capital equipment over the phone
- Experience with following up on leads
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Dynamics
