About the role

  • Oversee daily activities of a sales team by creating standardized processes.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to drive efficiencies within the team.
  • Lead a team of Software Sales Executives to grow software subscriptions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to consistently achieve sales objectives.
  • Build and maintain a high performing sales team.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and other departments to drive additional sales.
  • Develop a positive culture of purpose and accountability to results.
  • Actively remove obstacles and build skills to improve sales effectiveness.

Requirements

  • High School or equivalent required.
  • 2 + years of sales experience; Software or Service-Level Agreement sales experience preferred.
  • Able to inspire and lead the team through transformational change.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop high performing sales teams.
  • Strong track record of driving sales results through a team of direct reports.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to adjust tactics as needed to win in the marketplace.
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
  • Willing and able to travel to the United States 1-2 times per year.
