About the role
- Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services.
- Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ work experience in the Medical Devices industry/experience in selling medical devices or specialty Pharma products preferably in MNC.
- Good communication and negotiation skills and ability to independently manage large geography.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and execute actions to realize the same.
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to handle Individual Customers and key accounts.
- Strong value orientation and sales track record.
- Good understanding of the local language.
- Should be a Postgraduate. BDS and Management Degree preferred.
