About the role
- Gain hands-on experience in various aspects of sales while providing general sales support.
- Partner with Sales Representatives in the field at appointments and events.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to customers to support funnel management.
- Provide Sales Representative coverage in open territories when needed.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to support a high level of conversion rate from lead to appointment.
- Attend, understand, and actively participate in meetings to stay abreast of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of related or indirect work experience preferred.
- Must have a valid passport to travel up to Eastern Canada.
- Ability to travel up to 75%, ground, and air, including weekend travel required.
- Self-driven and strong interpersonal skills required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel required.
- Proven success in quickly learning computer systems required.
- Good data entry accuracy and strong attention to detail required.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English required.
