About the role
- Managing and growing assigned book of business through product and service contract sales
- Enroll or renew customers in service contracts
- Sell products over the phone
- Generate leads for the field sales team
- Build strong relationships with customer base with regular communication
- Act as liaison for customers to resolve issues quickly
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum 4 years sales experience
- Inside sales or Account management experience preferred
- 3 + years Inside Sales or customer service experience
- 3 + years building long-term relationships with account base over the phone
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems preferred
