Key responsibilities & impact

Supports Sales Account Managers (SAMs) by completing administrative needs and resolving operational issues
Acts as a temporary point of contact for Sales Account Managers on PTO
Utilizes Tableau reports for task optimization and management
Assists with account creation, password reset, and updates for InteleViewer, PAL, and InteleShare systems
Coordinates and places orders for Sales Account Managers through the Print Portal or Marketing Team
Creates, Monitors, and provides feedback on strategic PAL Watchlists for Sales Account Managers
Assists with meeting logistics, including preparation, transcription, and follow-up
Provides support to In-Market territories by ensuring alignment of eRIS and Envision CRM data
Inputs data into reports for the designated region and directs inquiries to relevant contacts

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience the healthcare or a related industry.
Experience navigating in Radiological Information System (RIS) platform, preferred
Detail oriented, self-motivated, a problem solver and a team player
Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately
Ability to excel in a very fast-pace team environment
Ability to continuously “exceed: company and customer expectations
