About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and execute an employee engagement and culture roadmap aligned to organizational values
Lead DEI strategies and programming that enhance the candidate and employee experience
Design and administer surveys and translate results into insights, KPIs, and dashboards
Develop recognition and wellness initiatives that support a positive, healthy workplace
Support HRIS projects, reporting, and workflow improvements (e.g., automation, digitization)
Create internal communications for HR initiatives and maintain intranet resources

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years in HR, employee experience/engagement, or organizational development
Experience using data and storytelling to drive change (surveys, metrics, dashboards)
Confident partner to leaders; strong facilitation and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience); HRIS proficiency required, Paylocity and/or UKG experience preferred
