About the role
- Provide essential support for Account Management Team’s book of business
- Maintain and update brand catalog on Amazon
- Monitor brand health, account status, and listing performance
- Resolve Amazon Vendor and Seller Central support issues
- Troubleshoot and fix errors related to product listings, inventory, and content optimization
- Make routine updates to product listings within Amazon’s backend systems
- Initiate and manage cases with Amazon Support to resolve account-related challenges
- Assist with product feed uploads and category mapping
- Track and report key account performance metrics to ensure compliance and growth
- Set up FBA shipments
- Optimize product pages and manage product listings; troubleshoot complex technical issues
Requirements
- Candidates must reside in Pakistan
- C1-C2 English proficiency
- At least two years of experience working with Amazon (REQUIRED)
- Advanced experience in Amazon catalog management, including bulk uploads and product feed troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of Amazon’s policies, requirements, and listing guidelines
- Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Results-oriented and self-motivated
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience
- Having Wal-Mart experience is a plus
- Minimum of 40 hours per week; working hours likely US Eastern Time zone
