About the role

  • Provide essential support for Account Management Team’s book of business
  • Maintain and update brand catalog on Amazon
  • Monitor brand health, account status, and listing performance
  • Resolve Amazon Vendor and Seller Central support issues
  • Troubleshoot and fix errors related to product listings, inventory, and content optimization
  • Make routine updates to product listings within Amazon’s backend systems
  • Initiate and manage cases with Amazon Support to resolve account-related challenges
  • Assist with product feed uploads and category mapping
  • Track and report key account performance metrics to ensure compliance and growth
  • Set up FBA shipments
  • Optimize product pages and manage product listings; troubleshoot complex technical issues

Requirements

  • Candidates must reside in Pakistan
  • C1-C2 English proficiency
  • At least two years of experience working with Amazon (REQUIRED)
  • Advanced experience in Amazon catalog management, including bulk uploads and product feed troubleshooting
  • Strong understanding of Amazon’s policies, requirements, and listing guidelines
  • Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated
  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience
  • Having Wal-Mart experience is a plus
  • Minimum of 40 hours per week; working hours likely US Eastern Time zone
