Key responsibilities & impact

Leads complex financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making for assigned business areas.
Drives the month-end close process, delivers insightful variance analysis, and enhances financial models and reporting frameworks.
Oversees ERP metadata accuracy and supports continuous process improvement across FP&A workflows.
Mentors Financial Analysts and serves as a key liaison between analysts, management, and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, while providing accurate, reliable, high-quality work
Demonstrated expertise reviewing and analyzing financial results
Ability to effectively communicate at all personnel levels based on the information required at each level
Able to maintain the utmost confidentiality and discretion with respect to dissemination of information
Detail oriented; able to keep key personnel on task regardless of their position in the organization
Keen sense of awareness about identifying potential challenges, risk issues, inconsistencies, and opportunities
Proficient with MS Office Suite and Hyperion Essbase/Smartview
Bachelor's Degree from four-year College or University in Accounting or Finance required.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a large, complex business environment in Accounting or Finance required.
Previous experience in healthcare is preferred
