About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the voice of the customer and the guardian of the product vision.
Responsible for defining the product vision and goals.
Prioritize work and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Deliver digital products that meet user needs and drive business value.
Participate in user testing and gather feedback for product iterations.
Partner with stakeholders to convey product vision and updates.
Analyze product performance to inform the product roadmap.
Own the prioritization of the product backlog based on stakeholder inputs.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Requirement Elicitation and Documentation: Understands how to translate business needs into prioritized backlog items in partnership with Business Analysts Analytical
Skills: Strong analytical skills to perform data analysis.
Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Team Collaboration: Strong team collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure thoroughness and accuracy in all aspects of analysis and documentation.
Time Management: Strong time management skills to manage priorities.
Adaptability: Sense of adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, embracing change and innovation.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in the field of work required.
2 years in product management or related roles, with a focus on digital products required.
Healthcare industry experience preferred.
