About the role

  • Conducts high-level data analysis and assists in the administration of the organization’s compensation programs
  • Partners with internal partners on compensation-related requests and reviews
  • Uses survey data and industry knowledge to evaluate compensation programs for market competitiveness
  • Attract, retain and motivate talent
  • Reviews and evaluates data for market assessments
  • Manages all service line incentive and bonus programs
  • Assists in the execution of the annual merit process and other compensation adjustment cycles
  • Audits compensation related data and rectifying all related issues that may arise

Requirements

  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to communicate clearly and appropriately, both written and orally
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
  • Excel skills; including advanced equations and macros writing abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
  • Self-driven and ability to work well within a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's Degree (Human Resources, Finance, Accounting or Business) required
  • 4+ years of related experience (Compensation, Payroll, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources or Business related); or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Compensation or Human Resources Professional level certification (CCP, SHRM-CP or HRCI-PHR) preferred
