Key responsibilities & impact

Direct the development of Clean Earth strategies and product/service offerings within a regional geography
Provide leadership, development, and direction for the implementation of business/sales strategies
Maximize revenue and profits through maintenance of existing customers and acquiring new customers
Manage recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and development of sales staff
Serve as a regional liaison between various teams to exceed service requirements
Direct and manage sales productivity and profitability
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract renewals
Coordinate business relationships with third-party companies when needed
Ensure KPIs are met and structured programs are followed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Management, Environmental/Science
Ten or more years of sales experience
Five or more years of sales management experience
Solid knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical data
Ability to write in a clear and concise manner
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions
Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
Ability to effectively build teams and coach for professional development
