Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of 7 years OCM experience
Formal OCM practitioner certification (i.e., Prosci, LaMarsh, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), etc.)
Ability to travel – up to 25%
