Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 7 years OCM experience
- Formal OCM practitioner certification (i.e., Prosci, LaMarsh, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), etc.)
- Ability to travel – up to 25%
