About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive adoption of enviolo products within the bicycle and e-bike markets
  • Grow existing customer relationships while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of leads, partners, and customers
  • Manage and grow regional to national customer accounts
  • Actively challenge conventional market thinking and collaborate with partners on innovative solutions
  • Achieve Business Development targets related to revenue, margin, and new customer acquisition
  • Monitor market conditions, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform decision-making
  • Work closely with the Brand Experience team to analyze evolving market needs
  • Support trade shows, industry events, and key customer engagements
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations with global partners
  • Design and negotiate deal structures that create mutual value and long-term partnerships

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant, successful experience in business development and B2B sales
  • Experience in the bicycle, mobility, or adjacent industries is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success negotiating commercial agreements with international or global partners
  • Strong skills in organization, time management, and clear communication
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously
  • Fluent in English; Dutch, German, and/or French are a strong plus
