About the role

  • You are responsible for the functional development of our B2B software solutions to meet current and future market requirements
  • You analyze and evaluate requirements for our solutions, which you gather through stakeholder interviews, market analysis and other methods
  • The user stories and acceptance criteria you create provide high clarity and transparency in the development process for all participants
  • You are in continuous coordination and communication with the development teams in agile processes

Requirements

  • Based on an IT-related education or degree, you have several years of experience in ERP consulting and currently work as a Consultant, Project Manager, Product Owner or Business Process Analyst
  • Your main focus is the further development of ERP or B2B software solutions that excite customers and users
  • You are familiar with mid-sized companies (SMEs) and have a good understanding of their business processes and challenges
  • You work in agile processes and may even hold PSPO or CSPO certification
  • You can address and engage different stakeholder groups appropriately, both in German and in English
