About the role
- Create and maintain manuals, documentation, and knowledge bases — for internal teams and our customers
- Ensure an up-to-date, user-friendly FAQ database
- Plan, execute, and provide post-implementation support for system updates
- Schedule appointments with clients and coordinate update processes
- Log, analyze, and resolve technical issues and incidents
- Collaborate closely with development and quality assurance teams
Requirements
- Technical understanding and IT knowledge (e.g., VPN, servers, networking)
- Some experience with ERP software or willingness to learn quickly
- Enjoy explaining and documenting complex topics clearly
- Structured and analytical working style with a solution-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a pronounced service orientation
- Very good written and spoken German
