About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and continuously improve sales processes, playbooks, templates, and best practices
- Support the sales team throughout the full sales cycle with resources, research, materials, and coordination
- Conduct market, regulatory, competitive, and account research
- Support meeting preparation, presentations, proposals, RFPs, and other deal-related materials
- Create and maintain sales collateral and customer-facing materials with Marketing and Product
- Manage and optimize CRM processes and sales data
- Improve pipeline visibility, reporting, forecasting, and sales performance tracking
- Coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Product, and other teams
- Support onboarding and ongoing enablement for sales team members
- Report to Jim Walsh, CRO
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–4 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, revenue operations, commercial operations, or a similar B2B sales support role
- Experience supporting complex, longer sales cycles
- Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, energy, utilities, or another technical industry is ideal
- Experience creating or improving sales processes, playbooks, reporting, account planning resources, or enablement materials
- Highly organized and detail-oriented approach
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines
- Proactive, hands-on mentality and willingness to take ownership
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, scaling environment
- Curiosity and willingness to learn a complex technical product and the utility industry
- Ability to travel to conferences and the Boston office up to 15%
