About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identification, selection and targeted approach of candidates
Reviewing incoming applications and making initial screening decisions
Planning and conducting interviews, evaluating with all stakeholders and making offer decisions
Measuring and reporting the success of recruiting activities using appropriate KPIs
Tracking trends in recruiting and active sourcing and continuously improving applicant management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Initial experience in tech recruiting and active sourcing
Degree, e.g. in business or humanities, or a comparable completed vocational qualification
High degree of initiative and ability to work independently
Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of working in a dynamic environment
Convincing, open and appreciative communication, empathy and team spirit
Confident written and spoken German and English
