About the role
- Supervise the regional team of field service technicians
- Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with commercial contracts
- Coordinate team schedules
- Conduct on-site audits
- Organize client meetings
- Promote sales of service products
- Oversee team members' administrative tasks
- Ensure managerial and administrative oversight of the team
- Prepare activity reports
- Define and track individual team members' objectives
- Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new employees
Requirements
- BTS / Bachelor's degree in GEII, CIRA, Physical Measurements, Industrial Maintenance, Electronics, or Metrology
- Previous experience in a similar role or sector
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage priorities
- Experience managing remote teams
- Experience working with end customers
