About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop short- and mid-term sales territory strategies for the Western Great Lakes territory
  • Serve as the principal in-territory sales representative, focusing on sell-in and sell-through
  • Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by monitoring supply and demand, trends, economic indicators, and competitors
  • Gather voice-of-customer feedback and provide market input to leadership
  • Act as the primary sales contact for dealers in the dedicated territory
  • Use phone, email, and ZenDesk to meet communication SLAs and provide service to dealers
  • Provide customer support, upselling, technical assistance, and relationship management
  • Collaborate with Product, Promotions, and Supply Chain groups
  • Travel for dealer visits and key event support
  • Manage the POP program with accounts
  • Maintain a safe and orderly work environment and follow company policies and procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, digital marketing, or e-commerce
  • Experience in product forecasting, goal setting, and performance measurement
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to use a computer, tablet, and keyboard
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with general instruction and limited supervision
  • Excellent oral and written presentation and communication skills
  • Business and competitive analytical skills
  • Decision-making and project management skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Proven performance in a goal-oriented sales environment
