About the role

  • Create STOs and Purchase Requisitions in system.
  • Generate requests for materials and services.
  • Manage ONESOURCE GLOBAL TRADE processes.
  • Validate shipment documents and commercial values.
  • Authenticate charges from all sources.
  • Control broker payments.
  • Maintain complete documentation to support audits, controls, and compliance checks.
  • Ensure import and export processes follow regulations.
  • Verify NCM classification, taxes, duties, and import valuation according to Brazilian rules.
  • Monitor customs processes and resolve compliance alerts in OSGT.
  • Support adherence to export controls, sanctions, retention rules, and special customs regimes.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
  • A degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade/International Trade, Logistics Management, or related field.
  • Additional training in customs, trade compliance, or supply chain processes considered a plus.
  • Leadership experience is considered a plus.
  • Experience with Brazilian customs and tax regulations is preferred.
