About the role
- Support and steer transformational and strategic projects
- Prepare detailed analyses and reporting for shareholder meetings, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Support potential M&A projects, partnerships, and contribute to the overall business strategy.
- Support comprehensive economic analysis
- Analyze and evaluate strategic opportunities for business growth across all divisions.
- Support design and steering of yearly strategy review process
Requirements
- Several years of experience in Strategy/Management Consulting or similar Project Manager roles in an international context, ideally within a change management environment.
- Experience in a Chemical MNC or highly regulated industry is preferred.
- Strong project management, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects simultaneously, demonstrating leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to drive strategic decision-making.
- Fluent in English (additional languages such as German or Dutch are a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
