About the role

  • As our Total Rewards & HR Operations Manager APAC, you will be a key enabler of strategic HR delivery and operational excellence.
  • You will oversee the design and execution of compensation, benefits, and wellness programs tailored to the APAC region, while ensuring seamless HR service delivery across diverse markets.
  • You will play a critical role in aligning global frameworks with local needs, driving data-informed decisions, and enhancing employee experience.
  • Oversee regional HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and HRIS.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and data privacy regulations.
  • Drive process optimization and automation across APAC countries.
  • Manage vendor relationships and service delivery quality.
  • Support HRIS transformation and data integrity efforts in the region.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Total Rewards and HR Operations.
  • Proven track record in regional HR leadership across APAC.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors).
  • Familiarity with ESG/CSR reporting frameworks.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • M&A experience is a plus.
