About the role
- As our Total Rewards & HR Operations Manager APAC, you will be a key enabler of strategic HR delivery and operational excellence.
- You will oversee the design and execution of compensation, benefits, and wellness programs tailored to the APAC region, while ensuring seamless HR service delivery across diverse markets.
- You will play a critical role in aligning global frameworks with local needs, driving data-informed decisions, and enhancing employee experience.
- Oversee regional HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and HRIS.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and data privacy regulations.
- Drive process optimization and automation across APAC countries.
- Manage vendor relationships and service delivery quality.
- Support HRIS transformation and data integrity efforts in the region.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Total Rewards and HR Operations.
- Proven track record in regional HR leadership across APAC.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors).
- Familiarity with ESG/CSR reporting frameworks.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- M&A experience is a plus.
