About the role
- Provide technical leadership and hands-on contributions across full stack development initiatives
- Define technical architecture and development approaches for full stack projects
- Lead design sessions, establish coding standards, and enforce best practices
- Mentor engineers in leveraging GenAI tools effectively, with emphasis on CursorAI workflows
- Champion integration of GenAI development tools (CursorAI, GitHub Copilot, etc.) into daily workflows for coding, testing, documentation, and refactoring
- Identify opportunities where AI can improve velocity, quality, and developer experience
- Oversee and contribute to development of scalable applications in .NET (C#) and React
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and QA to align business and technical requirements
- Ensure secure, robust, and compliant integration with third-party APIs and Fintech/payment services
- Deliver end-to-end feature implementations, production-ready web applications or services, AI-assisted development pipelines, and technical documentation
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer with expertise in .NET (C#) and React
- Familiarity with GenAI development tools such as CursorAI, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI-assisted coding platforms
- Solid understanding of CI/CD, automated testing, and version control (Git)
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, project-driven environment
- Experience in Fintech, payments, or financial services software (preferred)
- Knowledge of microservices, cloud-native architectures, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) (preferred)
- Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL data stores (preferred)
- Understanding of secure coding practices and compliance requirements in finance-related domains (preferred)
- Candidates located in LATAM
